They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, and also the location was awesome, however it's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I’m a large dude and it took both hands to open. My spouse was hardly able to open it whatsoever. A smaller or elderly person will not be capable of open the doorway(SAFETY Challenge)! The other critique can be a make a difference of comfort. There is a water spigot Positioned on the bottom of the stairs leading to the beach, nevertheless it doesn’t function. It would’ve been nice to have been ready to rinse feet and other objects off before going on on the deck or inside the house.

We had a great time! Amethyst Dunes was an ideal little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location around the beach was well worthwhile!
